The R&R I Needed
I thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend getaway at POV. It was exactly the peace and solitude that I needed, with all of the comforts I desired. "Really enjoyed our time at POV. Owners are very accommodating with booking and adding an extra day on when we decided to extend our stay. Love the ability to ride sleds right up to cabin and the way they have the resort lit up with blue lights along the shoreline to make it easier to find at night when coming in off the trail! Already booked again!"

"This was a last minute plan for us and we were SO impressed with this resort. The A frame tent was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable with soft bedding!! We definitely plan to return and try a camper or the yurt! Such a fun family experience. My kids enjoyed taking the canoe out to fish and had so much fun!!"

"This was our first time at POV Resort but it will most definitely not be our last. We had an awesome time. Our cabin was very cozy and offered everything we needed to be comfy after our days on the ice. We also rented the Deluxe Ice Fishing Package which we greatly enjoyed. This was our first time ice fishing, the staff were very helpful. We were able to catch a fish, which was our goal!!! We are already planning our trip for next year."

Highlight of the Year
Our family has been coming to this property for over 35 years, and its best iteration has been under the loving care and management the Coadys. Together, they have preserved the quaint cottage feel while redecorating and updating to provide guests with a modern resort experience. The point affords both spectacular sunsets & sunrises. And this year, we were also treated to Northern Lights off the pier! Our stay at POV is definitely the highlight of the year for us.
