Is the resort RV friendly and have hookups?

Yes - with some caveats. We have purposely kept our campsites rustic as to minimize disturbing the woods as well as neighboring camping groups (ie loud generator noise). We allow for small campers to keep the aesthetics of the campgrounds quiet and nature-oriented. With this goal, there is not a lot of turnaround for most camp sites for RVs and travel trailers. One site has electric hookups (Site 13). We have a water station you can fill up in at the bathhouse. There is a dump station open 24 hours in Eagle River 12 miles away. Generators are only allowed if they have silent technology to keep the sound to a minimum for all guests of the campgrounds.

Lengths of Campers for All Campsites

  • Truck Campers, Slide-In Campers, Camper Shells, Pop-Up Campers, Camper Vans, Small Travel Trailers | Total Vehicle + Camper Length to Not Exceed 35 Feet
  • RVs | Total Vehicle Length to Not Exceed 25 Feet (due to small turn radius)

Is the resort snowmobile friendly?

Absolutely. We have two well-groomed trails off North Twin Lake - the Conover Phelps Trail (7.6 miles) and the Phelps Snowmobile Club Trails (40+ miles). We are directly on the trails with a barrel-marked spur to the main trail on the lake. Guests are encouraged to bring their own snowmobiles or have delivered (concierge service provided through the resort via a third party) a snowmobile rental to the property - no fuss no muss! We do ask all snowmobiles stay on driveways, are parked in designated areas, and keep to a 5mph speed limit.

Visit our snowmobile page for more info.
