Nature and the deep woods are THE place to be - we are excited to host you at the resort!  Coadys' Point of View Lake Resort & Campgrounds is considered an essential business - we are open and following the state's health and safety directive for lodging and camping businesses. And, we have improved our cleaning routine even further to ensure your stay is safe and healthy. Our goal is to help support guests to continue to social distance while here to ensure your stay is as healthy and as fun as can be!

AMENITIES: POV is more than a campgrounds, it is a resort.  We have 14 secluded campsites and glamping luxury tents nestled in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. 10 of the campsites are "bring your own tent" campsites, and the remaining 4 sites are luxury tents where we provide the tent and all of the furnishings. A water station is also available on the exterior of the restrooms. Our base rates include more amenities than you would expect from any other Northwoods campground experience, including access to the newly-renovated Rec Room, the Kids' Clubhouse, playground, basketball court, horseshoes, sand volleyball, hiking trails, private sandy beach and swim platform, boat launch, and coin-operated laundry. Kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, and paddleboards are available for free for all guests' use.

Pontoon and fishing boats are available for rent on-site. There is also a general store on site for guests' needs selling bait, frozen meals, pantry items, beer/wine/spirits, other beverages, toiletries, ice, and firewood. We do have high-speed wifi throughout the main resort (area next to the campgrounds) as well as great ATT and Verizon cell service - so if you need to send an email or stream a movie in the rec room on a rainy day, we've got you covered.

BATHROOMS: The campground boasts a new air-conditioned restroom trailer with four private bathrooms with sinks, hot showers, and toilets. We clean it twice daily and have left Lysol and disinfectant spray in each unit in the event guests want to spray them down ahead of use.

ORIENTATION: We have purposely kept our campsites rustic to minimize disturbing the woods - we took down as few trees as possible to keep the forest intact. Camping at POV isn't typical northwoods seclusion - our campsites are cozy but not on top of each other. We feel the amenities on-site and the beauty of the forest and surrounding area more than make up for the snug nature of the campgrounds. With this goal, there isn't enough turnaround for most RVs, travel trailers, and boat trailers in the campgrounds. We allow for *SMALL* campers in Campsites 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, and 13. The lengths of campers in these campsites should not to exceed 25 feet (due to small turn radius). Generators are only allowed in the campgrounds area if they have silent technology (same as state campgrounds) to keep the sound to a minimum for all guests. The campgrounds is much more oriented to tents than RVs.

Pets are not allowed in the campgrounds to keep sounds to a minimum. POV is a family-oriented campgrounds, and we ask everyone respect the relaxing nature of the woods. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.

We recently visited the resort for our first family camping trip with friends. It was a beautiful resort that is in a wonderful location. The kids loved swimming and fishing off the docks. Having use of all the water equipment was great! We truly enjoyed our visit and will be back again.

Happy Camper!

This campground was incredible!! The A Frame tent was way bigger than I expected and the bed and futon were very comfortable! The inside of the tent was well kept and the bed linens were clean. Bathrooms were clean, water was warm & the owners were nothing short of amazing! I have already recommended this campground to friends and family! Adult or kid friendly, so many things to do! I will definitely be going back!

re: Clamping

Camping at POV Resort was a real treat. The A frame tent was great and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the futon was large and comfortable with lots of room for all of our gear. The tent campsite for our kids was perfect and in close proximity. The property is beautiful and we loved the lake with all the toys, kayaks, boats, and boards. The kids loved jumping off the dock. We took a Pontoon boat on the lake to fish and tube, boy was that a hit with the kiddos. The owners are super nice, accommodating and helpful with all our questions and request. Hopefully we can get back there again.

Great Resort....book now

My family has a great time at your resort, despite the weather. The owners are amazing and very customer service driven. I do not like to camp, so we got a yurt which was perfect and for a person who does not enjoy campin, I was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They also have alot of amenities for the water. Thank you for the great vacation.

Fantastic time - this place is a GEM.

I drove to Wisconsin, picked up a friend, and drove up north to stay at this Campground (I live in Colorado, but I am from Wisconsin) We had a super relaxing time and though the weather was a little rough, CPOVC was VERY flexible and let me move around our boat rental (as much as they could) because of the weather. The bathrooms were way better than I was expecting (huge plus for me). I have zero complaints. Everything was as perfect as camping can get. and BONUS: there was an owl living around the tent site area. We saw it a few times, and it was super cool. just watching us. The trees were amazing. I am glad I got a double site because I have a pretty darn big tent. It would have been a bit rough in one of the smaller sites. I also hope the underbrush in the surrounding woods grows in over the next few years (just for extra privacy) but it was a beautiful property and was a welcome reprieve to daily life. My friend and I are planning on coming back - next time for a yurt site. they looked super cool. :)

Amazing Week Away....

I took my 12 year old and her friend away camping for the week. We had an awesome time. Kayaking, paddle boards, volleyball and so much more to do. We all had a blast. The campsites are great. Overall the grounds are fantastic. We were fortunate to meet the owners and Amy was SO helpful! Highly recommend.

Grateful for our stay!

My friends and I came up early May as a graduation send off to one of my best friends as she was leaving for AIT in a week or so. We were so grateful to come up and experience such kindness from the two owners and meet their adorable son. They really did make our stay memorable and we absolutely intend to come back. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves a good cabin in a little neck of the woods with northern hospitality. We couldn’t thank them enough!!
